Scheduling Appointments: To secure an appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. The card will not be charged upfront but will be processed at the end of the treatment. While a doctor’s referral is not required for massage therapy, clients are encouraged to confirm insurance coverage and any necessary pre-approvals for massage therapy with their health insurance provider beforehand.

Pricing: All treatment fees are listed before the addition of 13% HST, which will be added at checkout. After the session, a detailed receipt will be provided for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

Insurance & Billing: At this time, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) claims are not accepted, and direct billing is not available. A receipt will be provided after treatment for clients to file insurance claims independently.

Cancellation Policy: To respect everyone’s time, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to 50% fee of the booked service and no-shows will be subject to the full cost of the booked service. No insurance receipts will be provided for cancellation or no-show fees.

Accessibility: The office is located on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible, as there is no elevator in the building.

Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession that combines clinical skill with an intuitive, whole-person approach to care. Grounded in the standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), each treatment involves the assessment and manual treatment of the soft tissues and joints of the body to support recovery, reduce physical discomfort, and promote overall well-being.

Whether addressing chronic tension, injury rehabilitation, or stress-related symptoms, Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) provide evidence-informed care that honors the body’s natural ability to heal. Through thoughtful touch, targeted techniques, and ongoing collaboration with you, Massage Therapy becomes a powerful tool for restoring balance—physically, mentally, and energetically.

Every session includes health history intake, assessment, informed consent, and a personalized treatment plan—delivered with presence, purpose, and care.

Nicole is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) committed to helping clients move and feel their best. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, they take an evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on restoring function, relieving pain, and promoting overall well-being.

Before becoming an RMT, Nicole studied sociology at York University, always keeping massage therapy in the back of their mind but never pursuing it at the time. Their journey took a new direction when they discovered Muay Thai—a sport that sparked a deep fascination with movement, recovery, and injury prevention. This passion ultimately led them to pursue massage therapy. After working in telecommunications, the onset of COVID provided the push they needed to take a leap of faith into the profession, and they haven’t looked back since.

With expertise in deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, pre/post-natal care, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, Nicole tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of every client. Their added experience as a Muay Thai practitioner and instructor ensures a well-rounded approach to care.

Whether clients are looking to ease tension, recover from an injury, or improve mobility, Nicole is dedicated to helping them achieve their wellness goals. Outside of the clinic, they continue to train and teach Muay Thai and enjoy walking their Samoyed dog, embracing an active lifestyle that deepens their understanding of movement and well-being.
