Hi, I’m Nicole!

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. My approach to treatment is evidence-informed, individualized, and centred around helping you feel better, move with greater confidence, and continue doing the things you enjoy.

When I first became an RMT, I thought my practice would lean heavily toward relaxation and restorative massage. Over time, working with people across different lifestyles, occupations, activity levels, and stages of life helped my practice evolve. I found myself increasingly drawn to treating functional impairments, supporting rehabilitation, improving mobility, and helping clients better understand what may be contributing to their pain or limitations.

Today, my practice sits somewhere between rehabilitation-focused care and therapeutic massage—and I genuinely enjoy both. I love helping active individuals and athletes navigate training and recovery, but find just as much satisfaction in helping desk workers, weekend warriors, and everyday people manage tension, discomfort, and the physical demands of daily life. Treatment doesn’t always have to be about an injury; sometimes it’s about moving more comfortably, feeling less restricted, and keeping your body feeling capable.

My treatments may incorporate deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and other therapeutic approaches based on your individual needs and goals. I’m also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST), which allows me to incorporate assisted, movement-based stretching to support mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality. My background as a longtime Muay Thai practitioner and instructor continues to shape my interest in movement, recovery, and injury prevention.

Outside of the treatment room, I try to practice the same balance I encourage in my clients. I love running, swimming, lifting weights, and walking my Samoyed, Astro—but I’m equally happy slowing things down with a good book, a good coffee, or watching NFL on Sunday.

I believe taking care of our bodies is about finding a balance between slowing down and continuing to move while we’re able. My goal is to help you feel better today while building the mobility, confidence, and capacity to keep doing the things you love for years to come.
